1. Booking & Payments

To confirm a booking, a deposit of 25% of the total tour cost is required. The remaining balance must be paid 15 days prior to departure. For bookings made within 15 days of travel, full payment is required at the time of booking.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing. The following cancellation charges apply:

• 30 days or more before departure: 10% of total cost
• 15-29 days before departure: 25% of total cost
• 7-14 days before departure: 50% of total cost
• Less than 7 days before departure: 100% (No Refund)

3. Travel Documents

It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure that they have valid passports, visas, and health certificates required for the destination. Saga Holidays is not liable for any issues arising from missing or invalid documents.

4. Liability

Saga Holidays acts as an agent for transport companies, hotels, and other contractors. We are not liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, or delay caused by third-party service providers or force majeure events.

5. Amendments

Miminor amendments to the itinerary can be requested up to 15 days before departure, subject to availability and additional costs.
